[ Cheers and applause continue ] This next one is an older one.

This came out last year.

It's the title track of my record, "Crooked Tree."

And this song is all about embracing our differences, embracing who we are and those hard things in life that make us stronger.

When I wrote this song, I was thinking about when I was a kid, I lost all my hair.

I developed something called alopecia areata.

Basically means your body stops growing hair.

And so I grew up feeling like a crooked tree a lot of the time.

But when I wrote this song, it just gave me this feeling that it's okay to be who you are.

And so, in the spirit of this next song, I thought I'd let my hair down.
