DJ Akademiks reported that the rapper was sought in connection with a homicide. Kay Flock allegedly shot and murdered the guy on Manhattan’s Amsterdam Avenue.

Rapper Kay Flock Arrest Today & Charges
Kevin Perez, 18, was arrested on Thursday and charged with the December 16 murder of Oscar Hernandez, 24.
Hernandez was waiting for a haircut at W. 151st St. on Amsterdam Ave. Shortly before 10 a.m.
According to law enforcement sources at the time, Perez passed by, opened the store door, and asked Hernandez what he was looking at.
Hernandez, according to authorities, then went outside to confront him. As the two clashed, Perez began to walk away.
The juvenile, according to authorities, pulled out a pistol and shot Hernandez in the neck and back.
Before he was apprehended, the NYPD’s official Twitter account published a “WANTED” banner for the rapper, citing him as a culprit in the probable cause of arrest.

Kay Flock, actual name Kay Roy, is an 18-year-old rapper.
The teenage rapper has over 200K YouTube subscribers, but his Instagram account appears inactive. In addition to releasing solo material, Kay Flock is a member of the rap group Thraxxx.
His first song on the Internet was titled ‘FTO,’ and it was launched in May 2020.
Flock was allegedly detained as a minor in early 2020. He is well-known for his drill music from the Bronx. Flock rose to prominence after using his song on the instrumental for 22Gz’s ‘Blixky Gang Freestyle.’
